• Payments: We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway for online orders. By placing an order, you accept Razorpay’s policies. All transactions are securely processed; we do not store your card details.
• Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment through Razorpay, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders with failed or cancelled payments will not be processed.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and will be processed only through Razorpay. Processing may take 7–10 business days.
